5th August: as of tomorrow, an automatic email will be sent to anyone whose account is below $10. In this email is a link to take you to your account to top up. Only 130 people left to to top up their account now and these are probably people who do not play that often and have not causght up with the news about the changes.  Well done everyone for coming onboard making this system work so well.

1st August: 225 people have had credit added to their accounts.  Some are inthe form of returned vouchers.  Please keep an eye on your account and keep it topped up.  Email reminders for low accounts willl start to be sent very soon.  There are still members who have not signed or topped up their account. There are only about 40 members who do not have an email address, so if you have not yet received a welcome email, please contact us urgently, as we may not have your correct emaiil address.  Many thanks

30th July: The date we went live.  Monday's session was successfully charged to member accounts on Tuesday. All sessions charges will now be soon after the event or the next day.

If you did not recive a welcome email to join Hello Club, it could be because your address was wrong or you do not have an email.  If so, please contact Karen M to sort this for you..

In the welcome email, there is a link to your Tauranga Bridge Club - Hello Club account. All you need to do is click on that link to activate your account. 

When in your account, you will be able to make payments to cover your playing sessions and subscriptions.  The scoring package will report when you have played a session and debit your account automatically.  No more vouchers ! It is a bit like paying your road tolls online. 

We recommend you use the POLi payment method as the club will cover the cost of the small fee associated with it.  If you use the credit card option, you will be charged approx 3-4% per transaction. We have been told by a reliable source that POLi do not hold your bank and access details.  All they do is direct you to your bank account for you to carry out an online banking transaction as you would normally do. Click here to read more about POLi.  Soon there will be an online Eftpos payment system which will be even better.

We know this may not work for everyone as not everyone does internet banking nor use a computer, so if this is you, carry on as you do at the moment by paying by eftpos or cash at the club. Please pay into your account at least $45 at a time (10 sessions).  We prefer to not take payments for one session at a time, sorry.

You will be able to use Hello Club to keep track of your balance, even if you pay directly at the club. When in your account, you can see what you have been charged for: Click on the Finance section then click on Account Credit to view the details.

Bookmark the the Hello Club link on your web browser or click on the Hello Club tab on our website. Do not go to the Hello Club website and try to login in there, as this is their website and does not give access to your personal account.
